Avvocato – AI Legal SaaS for Egyptian Lawyers
Avvocato is an Arabic-native, AI-powered legal case management SaaS platform built for Egyptian lawyers, developed as my ITI graduation project. It streamlines the full lifecycle of legal work — client intake, case tracking, scheduling, and notifications — in a fully right-to-left, Arabic-first interface. I worked across the entire stack: building the frontend architecture and Redux Toolkit state management, developing backend API controllers, implementing httpOnly-cookie authentication, and designing a cron-based notification system running on Cairo timezone. The platform also includes a tiered subscription system (Free / Pro / Enterprise) integrated with the Paymob payment gateway, and uses a MongoDB transaction pattern to guarantee atomic creation of clients and their associated cases. I handled deployment end-to-end, with the backend hosted on Railway and the frontend on Vercel.
