A full-featured HR Management System backend built with NestJS, Prisma & PostgreSQL — covering attendance tracking, multi-level leave approval, task management, automated payroll calculation, and real-time notifications across 5 role-based dashboards (Admin, HR, Manager, Employee, Security).
